    We have now made contact with all affected users and have provided solutions on an individual basis.

    Our providers engineers are still working on a resolution on the server incident. In the meantime everyone has been setup with an alternative email account which is now active. During this week we will move all users to a new permanent platform.

    If you have an account with us you'll already have had details of your new setup.

    Engineers are still working on fix for the issue with the email servers. In the meantime we have a workaround for any users affected, so please make contact if you haven't already for us to get that working for you.

    Our providers have confirmed to us that they have a major server incident in progress and are working hard to fix the issues, however, this is not expected to be a quick fix.

    We are looking at all the options available to us and will publish another update soon.

    We are investigating reports of connectivity issues to our Ultimate Exchange environment. Users may experience an error upon accessing the Outlook Web App (Webmail) and syncing their email client(s). We will provide further updates as they become available.
